Clones are people, two.

This is a pun based on a common phrase in the english language: "X are people too". The reason why this is funny is that the word two here sounds exactly like the word too, and the common phrase allows for anything to replace the X in it. The hearer might not even realize that the punster is saying two instead of too if the punster is subtle enough.
