This is another Trump meme. This one is pretty funny. "Excuse me, I'm trying to talk here" is something you would expect someone to say in a debate if they were being cut off.

The humor in this is that the normal expectations are broken, because Trump here accidentally admitted that what he was saying was a lie.

This is obviously also an insult directed at Trump - one that calls him a liar, but the joke stands on its own - weather or not Trump is the target of it.
