This is another Trump Meme - I am not sure if it was supposed to be funny or not, but if it is, then the critical part of the joke is the "hyperbole" that Trump employs in the meme. My assumption is that the meme maker feels that it seems pretty unlikely that entire lives will be ruined by the quarantine.

Hyperbole is funny, but it does actually seem possible that real lives might be ruined by the quarantine, so it isn't that funny to me personally. That being said, I feel that more lives would be ruined by not doing it.
