Leaving my bed to go to the couch

This is another "It ain't much, but it's honest work" meme - this one is a pretty funny meme in my opinion. Usually you post something that takes a lot of work, and is not really rewarding other than by good feelings, so getting up off the couch is way below the bar that most people set for this type of meme.

This is self denigrating humor. The joke here is that the person that posted this thinks that getting up off his bed and going to his couch is considered hard work. They are basically calling themselves lazy.
