What's brown and sticky?

This is both a riddle and potty humor. The jokester is trying to get the listener to answer "poop", or at least think of poop, however the answer that they give is another, less obvious solution to the riddle.

A stick could be considered sticky because a common way to construct an adjective out of a noun in English is to add "y" to the end of it, for instance "hairy" means covered in hair, and "smoky" means full of smoke or similar to smoke. In this case, a stick is similar to a stick (according to the law of identity).
