The above image is an example of the doge meme. This is the first doge that was ever posted.

The text added to the image is an attempt at explaining what the dog in the picture is thinking as the image is being taken. The reason why this image is funny is that the captioner is not using whole sentences, and it using incorrect grammar.

It is basically saying that the dog is not even able to think coherent thoughts.

Looking at the dog in the image, it doesn't look that concerned to me - just alert. Dogs that are scared tend to flatten their ears more than that.
