This doesn't make any sense and doesn't seem like a joke to me. Perhaps one of my readers will point out to me why it is funny, but until that happens I am just going to go with this:

This must have been generated by some Markov chain generator, or something because it has all of the signs of being a joke without actually being one.

I found it on the internet, on a website that claimed to be telling Christmas jokes, but none of them were funny.

Perhaps it is anti-humor on a level that I have never seen before?
