This is another Trump Meme. This meme has a few things that are funny in it - for one thing, Trump is using improper spelling, and capitalization (which makes him look stupid). Additionally, I assume that he is talking about being the president, so the note that he is holding is him admitting that he is not good at being the president. Finally, the look on his face is sort of funny - He is expressing bored sadness fairly well.

To me, this one goes a little bit over the top. Two of the three would be enough for me.
