Magicarp

This is an internet explorer meme, and also a Pokemon meme. This meme is an insult to either Internet explorer, or Magicarp. The memester drew a magicarp in the shape of the internet explorer icon, and so compared magicarp to internet explorer.

Magicarp are known for being useless, and internet explorer is also, so this is a good comparison.

I am on the fence as to weather it is funny. It is a bit oblique, but not so much as to be really funny.
